Underprivileged -

Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.  (Deut. 15:11)

He heareth the cry of the afflicted.  (Job 26:14)

O God, lift up Thine hand:  forget not the humble.  (Ps. 10:12)
