Underprivileged -

Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.  (Deut. 15:11)

He heareth the cry of the afflicted.  (Job 26:14)

He forgetteth not the cry of the humble.  (Ps. 9:12)

O God, lift up Thine hand:  forget not the humble.  (Ps. 10:12)

He shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also, and him that hath no helper.  (Ps. 72:12)

Precious shall their blood be in His sight.  (Ps. 72:14)

Defend the poor and fatherless:  do justice to the afflicted and needy.  (Ps. 82:3)

Though the Lord be high, yet hath He respectunto the lowly.  (Ps. 138:6)

The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down.  (Ps. 145:14)

Rob not the poor, because he is poor:  neither oppress the afflicted in the gate.  (Prov. 22:22)

Understanding -

The thunder of His power who can understand?  (Job 26:14)

Great things doeth He, which we cannot comprehend.  (Job 37:5)

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding.  (Ps. 32:9)

Teach me, O Lord, the way of Thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.  (Ps. 119:33)

Give me understanding, and I shall keep the law.  (Ps. 119:34)

Urgency -

Thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.  (Ps. 70:5)

I must work the works of Him that sent me, while it is day.  (John 9:4)

The time is short.  (I Cor. 7:29)

Usury -

Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.  (Lev. 25:37)

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, ususry of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury.  (Deut. 23:19)

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury.  (Deut. 23:20)
