Return Policy

Key Treasures will be happy to accept returns within 7 days.  Refunds are less the shipping & handling.  Please email us to let us know that you are returning your item and the reason for the return. We do not accept returns on certain special orders.  You may contact us if you need further details on returns concerning a special order before you make your order.  All returned merchandise must be sent in its original jewelry pouch and in a completely unaltered state.  JKW Galleries is not responsible for postage on returned items or if the items are lost in the mail so please insure your return as well.
