I've been drawing animals since I was 12.  I sent my picture into one of  'those' ads and they said, Of course, I had potential to take their classes.  At 12 with no income, that was not a possibility.  I continued to draw off and on since.  I took an art illustration class at Illinois State University.  I love to draw, paint, make bead dolls, scrapbook for special people, sew, and write children and young adult books.  I graduated from Illinois State University at 43.  My friendships are forever.  My best girlfriend since 3rd grade is still my best girlfriend 55 years later.  I miss a lot of the familiar 1950s and 1960s, but technology is exciting to have at my command.  I am single now.  I have two beautiful daughters and six wonderful grands.  My daddy is celebrating his 90th birthday in good health with a great sense of humor. For my next experience I am researching a move from Florida to the Pacific Northwest.
